Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

- Same-Day Shipping: All orders placed before 4:00 PM EST Monday - Saturday will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be shipped the next day.

- Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time is 3 - 7 business days via Express Canada Post or UPS. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.

- Weekend Shipping: We also process and ship orders during the weekend for your convenience.

- Shipment Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via email with the tracking number. This allows you to track your package and stay updated on its delivery status.

- Dropshipping Hair Products: We have recently added dropshipping services for hair products within the USA. The estimated delivery time for these products is between 5 - 8 days. Please note that the actual delivery time may vary depending on the product type and urgency.

- Note on Estimated Delivery Time: For products that are not shipped directly from our physical location in Woodstock, ON, you will find an estimated delivery time mentioned. This will help you plan accordingly and have a clear expectation of when your order will arrive.
